Yes, you can cancel a reservation following the below term:

• The reservation must be canceled at least 72 hours before the check-in date to get a 75% Gem refund.
  

Note: You can only have 25,000 Gems at any time. The cancellation fee exceeding the 25,000 limits won't get added to the account upon cancellation.
