Yes, you can cancel a reservation following the below term:

• The reservation must be canceled at least 72 hours before the check-in date to get a 75% Gem refund.
  

Note: You can possess Gems up to the maximum limit determined by your VIP level. Any cancellation fee exceeding this limit will not be added to your account upon cancellation.
