The VIP Loyalty Rewards Program is designed to reset the VIP Points after a 90 days cycle and never exceed that. So, when you first join the app, you will start at VIP Level 0 and have 90 days from the day you start earning the required VIP Points to get to the next VIP Level.
After the 90 days cycle expires, the system re-evaluates your VIP Level according to the VIP Points you earned within this cycle. The evaluation is done based on the below scenarios:
Scenario 1:
If you have earned enough VIP Points to be on a higher level, then your VIP Points will reset to 0, and you will maintain your achieved VIP Level for the next cycle of 90 days.
For Instance: A player started the 90 days cycle at VIP Level 1 and managed to reach VIP Level 2 by earning between 10,000 to 20,000 VIP Points during the 90 days cycle. When the 90 days cycle expires, their VIP Points will reset to 0, but they will stay at VIP Level 2 for the next 90 days cycle.
Scenario 2:
If you earned enough VIP Points to maintain your current VIP Level, then your VIP Points will reset to 0, and you will continue to maintain your current VIP Level for the next cycle of 90 days.
For Instance: A player started the 90 days cycle at VIP Level 1. When the 90 days cycle expires, the player has VIP Points between 2,500 and 10,000, which is less than the VIP Points needed to reach VIP Level 2, the player's VIP Points will reset to 0, and they will continue to maintain VIP Level 1 for the next 90 days cycle.
Scenario 3:
If you have not earned enough VIP Points to achieve or maintain any VIP Level, then both your VIP Points and VIP Level will reset to 0.
For Instance: A player started the 90 days cycle at VIP Level 1. When the 90 days cycle expired, their VIP Points were less than 2,500 VIP Points, the system will reset their VIP Points to 0, and they will be placed at VIP Level 0 for the next 90 days cycle.
