If the Wynn Slots account in your devices are connected to the same Facebook account, all your progress including the Game Pass feature gets synched; hence you don’t lose your Game Pass progress. But, if the Wynn Slots accounts are not connected to the same Facebook, you’ll lose all your Game Pass progress and other game progress upon changing the device.
