If the Wynn Slots account on your devices is connected to the same Facebook account or a Login email address, all your progress, including the Game Pass feature, gets synced; hence, you don’t lose your Game Pass progress. But if the Wynn Slots accounts are not connected to the same Facebook or the same email address, you’ll lose all your Game Pass progress and other game progress upon changing the device.
