To hear sounds, go to "Settings" by tapping on the "Gear" icon at the top right corner (Right to your VIP Level Number) on the game Lobby screen. Then you have three (3) types of settings to play with your sound output - Music, Sound Effects, and Ambience. Please adjust these three (3) sliders to get your desired output.
